These listing services range from full service down to an MLS only listing and we make it clear to you the type of representation and level of service you're getting with each package. Our services are listed as flat fees so your cost for our service stays the same, regardless of how much your home sells for. We have no hidden charges or surprise transaction fees.
When an MLS Only or MLS Plus listing is right for you:
If you want to negotiate directly with the buyer or buyer's agent* and don't need much in the way of marketing, both of these options are great for you. The MLS Plus package provides you with the convenience of having a lockbox on your door, a sign in your yard for drive-by interest, and access to Centralized Showing Service for scheduling all Realtor showings.
*Just so you know, there are times where an agent may not be able to deal directly with you, the Seller, per their broker's rules. In that instance, we will be a communication facilitator and pass along any communication from the Buyer's agent to you and pass your response along to the Buyer's agent. We will not be able to provide any counsel, advice or opinions on your transaction or process. If you want full representation you can opt in for full representation at any time during your listing period for a $2,950 listing broker fee (in addition to the 3% Buyer's Broker fee) and your initial purchase amount will be credit to you.
When the MARKETING PRO listing is right for you:
Just like the MLS Only and MLS Plus listing options, this package allows you to negotiate directly with the buyer or buyer's agent* (see note above) and you get the Realtor showing scheduling service with the security lockbox and yard sign. In addition, this package provides you with:
