After college, Jennifer started out in real estate and worked with clients ranging from young professionals to empty nesters and sold everything from $100,000 starter houses to estate homes worth a million plus. As the market started to soften, she decided to pull her advertising degree off the shelf and put it to good use as a Brand Manager at The Richards Group.
While at The Richards Group she primarily worked on the TGI Fridays business. Whether it was working with a film crew to capture a behind-the-scenes look at The World Bartender Championship, managing social media campaigns, or monitoring competitive activity, her responsibilities focused on managing the day-to-day creative requests and back-end work that came with a restaurant account with a large franchise contingent.
After her stint at The Richards Group, the world of real estate called her back and she jumped right in as the Director of Marketing for the real estate brands under the Winchester Carlisle Companies umbrella. Jennifer’s latest endeavor is as the Broker of Record for CrestEdge Real Estate LLC. Here she is able to merge her skills in marketing with her real estate expertise to give her clients a competitive edge when it comes to selling their homes.
